| Callisto has a vast range of capabilities
in metal working, including punch press operations,
deep drawing, and metal stamping and forming. We
have the ability and experience to manufacture products
from sheet steel, tubing or wire products. Our factory
partners are experts in all facets of metal working
and most have in-house tool shops. We develop products
from concepts and prototypes through the tooling
phase and into production from varying grades of
steel, including stainless steel. The factories
have the ability to produce prototype tooling to
furnish quality, off-tool prototypes in a very short
time. We work closely with the factories to provide
accurate information transfer including engineering
drawings and tooling status. Most of the tooling
shops have the ability to download 3-D data for
complex surface forming. |
